Oilfield

GoldCel is used as a controlling ingredient of fluid loss and a rheology in oilfield applications, especially water-based oil-well servicing fluids. GoldCel provides pseudiplastic flow and enhanced workability.

Ceramic Extrusion

In Ceramic extrusion, an extruded body is made when an inorganic substance like cordierite is mixed with a lubricant, a plasticizer and water, and pressed through an extruding machine at high pressure and temperature. This method is useful when long and symmetric products are produced in a continuous process such as honeycomb structure of automotive catalysts. Here, CelPure helps to improve water retention, lubrication and green strength.

Polymerization

CelPure are used as a protective colloid in both suspension polymerization and emulsion-based polymerization. CelPure secures stability of colloids.

Colored Pencil

GoldCel works as a binder in lead production for colored pencils. GoldCel shortens production time and furnishes strong tinting power and better flexibility.
